The 2008 Graduation Reception will take place at 4:30 p.m. (after the University’s 178th Congregation) on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 in Room 201, Level 2, AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau Island, Hong Kong.
- How to get to the venue of the reception?
The 2008 Graduation Reception will take place in AsiaWorld-Expo, the venue for the University’s 178th Congregation. You can visit the website here for more information on the transportation arrangements
- Do I need to register for the reception?
Invitation cards have already been sent to graduates by post. Please confirm your attendance and number of guests by completing the on-line registration here by November 14, 2008 (Friday).
- Can I take guests with me to the reception?
Yes, you can invite up to two guests to the reception. Please register here to facilitate arrangements.
- What is the dress code for the reception?
As there are photo-taking sessions during the reception, graduates normally keep their gowns on during the reception.
- What is the programme at the reception?
The reception is intended for graduates to mingle amongst themselves and with teachers. There will be no formal programme but group photo-taking session will start at 5:00pm in the following order:
