Registration Fees

General participants	HK$2,800	HK$3,800
Full-time students ^{Note 1}	HK$1,500	HK$2,500

Conference registration fee includes (1) Conference Materials, (2) All Paper Sessions, (3) Refreshments and Lunches, and (4) Conference Dinner.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
Your conference registration only becomes effective upon receipt of payment of the registration fee.

Note 1: Full-time students are required to send a copy of student ID card to the 11th POMS-HK International Conference Secretariat Office for verification by email at pomshk2020@hku.hk. Please quote your reference no. in the email.

Important Dates

Early bird rates apply to payment received by 3 December, 2019 (23:15 HKT). After this date time, regular rates apply.
Accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website only if the presenting author has registered for the conference by 3 December, 2019.
Deadline for registration: 15 December 2019 (23:00 HKT).

Payment Method

Please make online payment by VISA/Mastercard/Union Pay (in Hong Kong dollars).
All registration fees will be charged in Hong Kong dollars. For overseas participants, the exact amount of the registration fee will be based on the exchange rate on the date of transaction.
Payment receipt will be available upon your arrival at the conference registration desk during the conference.
Please do NOT send cash, and NO cheque is accepted.

Refund policy

Payment is non-refundable and registration is not transferable to other parties.
No partial refund if the registrant does not attend any part of the event.

Personal Information Collection Statement

The personal data collected from you will be used by the authorized personnel of the 11th POMS-HK International Conference and its agencies for the purpose of processing registration. The data will not be disclosed by us to any other party without your prior consent.

Disclaimers

Every endeavor will be made to follow the arrangements printed in our publicity materials. The conference organizers however reserve the right to alter the arrangements without prior notice under unforeseeable circumstances.
The conference organizers are not responsible for any loss and/or damage to personal belongings during the conference period.
Participants are advised to make arrangements for personal and travel insurance by themselves in advance if needed.
