Career Induction Workshop from Nomura
We are glad to have Mr. Eddie Liu, Head of Human Resources at Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited, to give us the second Career Induction Workshop. In this workshop, Eddie will provide both the insight and reality in job application process of investing banking in HK. He will share with you his insider story, as well as clarify expectations and common pitfalls. He will provide a reality check to students. This workshop includes half an hour presentation followed by an hour Q&A session. This is an interactive workshop, and you are encouraged to prepare questions before attending the workshop.
Mr. Eddie Liu is a US and Asia qualified Human Resources professional with entrepreneurial, multi-national corporate, dot.com and agency experience. Eddie is currently Head of Human Resources for Banking, Markets and Wealth at Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited. He has previously covered Global Markets, Investment Banking, Equities Research and Fixed Income in different regions of APAC. He has over 20 years of experience and served in multiple firms like Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, hedge funds in Asia, and executive recruitment. Eddie received MBA from HKU in 2010.
