Abstract:
In a trusting relationship, trusting and feeling trusted are equally important. After reviewing the trust and felt trust literature, I will share a self‐evaluative perspective of felt trust and discuss preliminary findings of a working paper. Some initial thoughts regarding antecedents of felt trust will also be shared in this presentation.
